Pookie... you are confused again. Fuckwit is my pet name for you. Come up with your own, I know its really hard since you haven't had an original idea in a very long time but try thinking one up. Also where is your proof that Tiktok is doing horrible things? Fuckwit.

  • Silicon Valley School District Files Laughable, Vexatious RICO Claims Against Big Social Media… But Not Facebook Or Instagram

    That Anonymous Coward ( profile ), 21 Mar, 2023 @ 10:41am

7 fscking idiots with bar cards. You know, the children couldn't have accessed the RICO without the parents aiding and abetting the RICO posse in ruining their children by providing them with constant connections to the internet, they have not named the most important players in this and I think we deserve to know why! Nancy, just fscking quit today. You have now declared to the world that technology frightens you and you think you can sue it. I have deep concerns about your ability to manage an entire district and the future of these children when by your actions you have shown that you are a fscking imbecile. In an age where education needs more money to do the job of educating children you hired a lawfirm to file this bullshit. Did you get bored of just lighting cigars with $100 bills because this is a complete waste of money & I hope to god that the people in the district recall you and sue your dumb ass for wasting their tax dollars on this bullshit. You know how people are always worried that discussing suicide will lead to more deaths because its contagious... it seems that filing dumb ass lawsuits is very contagious. BYE NANCY!!!!!!!!!

  • Congressional Rep Who Discovered His Info Was Illegally Searched By The FBI Likely Has No Legal Remedy

    That Anonymous Coward ( profile ), 21 Mar, 2023 @ 01:14am

That thing where I point out they never see it as a problem until it targets them, and now they get to face the same stonewalling we face when our rights are violated & the law doesn't give a shit because our rights don't matter when we have to stop terrorists from sending cat pictures on the internet.

  • Antisemitic Conspiracy Theorist Who Sued YouTube For 1st Amendment Violations Now Owes YouTube Nearly $40,000

    That Anonymous Coward ( profile ), 21 Mar, 2023 @ 01:10am

The often over-used and misplayed victim card. They government did this to me!! You aren't important enough for them to chip to murder. You aren't important enough for members of Congress to even notice let alone send a hit squad to destroy :checks notes: your insane ramblings on YT. While I know humans have a long history of being unable to accept that their own actions caused their problems & love to blame other forces... perhaps the problem is you are a fscking idiot who makes bad decisions.

That poor Duck Dynasty gal was just so upset that they wouldn't stop doing their jobs while they did some b roll & then made the overflow crowd stand outside in the rain... I guess she's never heard of an occupancy limit.

"And the result would be an even greater exposure of U.S. intelligence capabilities and strategies." Yeah the american public might figure out how many of these notices are being misused. Capability - Sending a letter. Strategy - Give all ALL the data. OMG I've broken the code!!

  • White House Anonymously Throws Gigi Sohn Under The Bus After Screwing Up Her FCC Nomination

    That Anonymous Coward ( profile ), 16 Mar, 2023 @ 08:18pm

Well mission accomplished. We now know the only person who will be able to be nominated will be hand picked by the industry & won't do anything to protect citizens & just hand money hand over fist to and industry that does nothing. I really wish they would stop pretending they care about citizens or inequality, what they all care about is corporate cash still flowing to them. And why not?? We've proven time & time again we'll keep electing those who have no problem selling us out because they claim the 'right' views on things that don't actually matter. When your abuser hits you, just because he gives you a teddy bear and claims he'll never do it again doesn't make it true. How many shitty cheap teddy bears do you need to think perhaps its time to stop taking him back before a train derails and kills you.

  • Court Makes It Clear: Government Submissions To Twitter Flagging Program Do Not Violate The 1st Amendment

    That Anonymous Coward ( profile ), 15 Mar, 2023 @ 03:09pm

Still waiting for evidence... Maybe you can find a little time inbetween jumping to conclusions. What is proven here is, if you point out a violation of the rules they look and if you violated rules you get punished. A trusted flagger is just someone who doesn't scream at every little thing & helps the system out by speeding up the detection and review of what they think are violations.

  • Colorado Catholic Group Spent Millions On Sensitive Grindr Data To Shame Priests

Ahem... OY Fuckwit! “TikTok collects a whole lot of info other apps don’t.” Citation Needed. I hear this claim over and over and not 1 single fscking shred of evidence to support it. So show your work on a separate page and then show us the report on what Meta collects… like people tax return data (if they were users of Meta or not), and the Meta tracking across the web, and the shadow profiles… data is coming from somewhere… So you can offer nothing to back your statement beyond your own fevered imagination?

'philanthropists Mark Bauman, John Martin and Tim Reichert" Are the trustees of the thing and 2 of them donated around 1 million over 2 years. Think of it like instead of the flock buying a fleet of jets so the scam artist can globetrot, they gave money so they could get teh gays who aren't living up the the catholic ideal... oh the irony...

"Except that they would have to buy it, and there would be visibility into what they were buying, and they could only buy what is for sale." Ummm you don't seem to understand how data brokers work. There is NO oversight, there is no report filed that says Company "Not A CCP Front" purchased data about fuckwits who can't provide evidence to support his claims. Medical data is for sale out there & by stacking data from various sources you can get really deep insight into people and NO ONE KNOWS WHAT DATA YOU HAVE AND WHAT YOU DID WITH IT. "TikTok collects a whole lot of info other apps don’t." Citation Needed. I hear this claim over and over and not 1 single fscking shred of evidence to support it. So show your work on a separate page and then show us the report on what Meta collects... like people tax return data (if they were users of Meta or not), and the Meta tracking across the web, and the shadow profiles... data is coming from somewhere... but yes video app scary bad... evil ccp man in your phone stealing your warm fuzzies.... Fuckwit.

  • Is Gavin Newsom Attacking Walgreens For Its Choices Different From DeSantis Attacking Disney?

    That Anonymous Coward ( profile ), 14 Mar, 2023 @ 10:38am

The pandering is strong with these politicians. I see people screaming calling out Walgreens, like a corporation is required to engage in whats going to be insane legal hijinks to signal they care... Protip: They care about MONEY and the lawsuits (bogus or not & having to appeal them through the courts to finally be vindicated) will cost more than than not stocking the pills. Ooooh he cancelled a contract... he's so awesome. His actions change nothing and make him look as deranged as DeathSantis. Do what I want or else!!!! People need to stop expecting corporations will do anything, other than the bare min, to appease consumers. You want the pills in your state? Start recall petitions Call out the party of smaller government has decided they get to make medical decisions based on their religious beliefs. Better yet, stop having sex (not because I am a prude) but because if you grab them by their blue balls and ask them if they really want to not get laid ever again you might drive home the point. Besides the pills are about to be outlawed by that 1 fscked in the head trump appointee in TX who tried to hide the fscking hearing from the public. In the grand scheme of things Walgreens isn't anything to worry about... perhaps worry that a federal judge who tried to outlaw HIV meds, gay people, transpeople, is about to stop the pills from being available while he looks for any tiny excuse to override another branch of government and then we can have the appeals and the appeals and the attempt to get scotus to reign in this madness and well...
