  Duty of care...Make the parents have one first, then we'll still tell you you fsck off. OnlyFans most likely is trying to avoid the ire of the pron brigade who seek to outlaw them from existing because pron is more harmful than a spec of fentanyl. This is a problem in search of something anything that isn't, parents if you kid watches porn online it's your fault. No amount of fancy programming will ever appease the puritans who want to make sure no uncovered tit is ever seen online. If you catch your kid browsing pron, ground them, take the phone, cut back their data... BE A FSCKING PARENT. Do not demand that the entire political system needs to take action because you're shite at raising your own crotchfruit. Ever fucking moral panic today is about protecting kids, but doing it in the most fucked up ways possible. FDA sends threat letters to 2 companies over "illegal" flavored disposable vapes, because they only have fruity flavors to make kids use them. Pay no attention to all of those fruity flavored alcho-pops on the shelves for summer. Pass laws, fine companies, scream in the media how millions of kids admitted to vaping... but do not for one second just make a law requiring any nicotine bearing product be restricted to 21+. Simple solution. Heavy fines for stores that violate the law tends to motivate them to not sell things to underage kids. What works better, making them 21+ with fines or having media campaigns about how flavored vapes only exist to murder children... b/c they've been going on and on about these flavored vapes since the beginning. Adults like the flavored vapes too. (SHOCKING I know) Vaping is better than actual smoking, by how much who the fsck knows because we spent more time demonizing it than doing science. Utah politicians will tell you that porn is the debil, but when you show them the searches the good people of Utah are using on these porn sites & exactly how much they are consuming its really hard to explain if everyone thinks its so bad, why the hell are you the leading state watching 'Double Penetration Grannies'?

  If you want to protect kids from sexual exploitation perhaps stop getting pissed about drag shows and start doing something about the priests & churches who are responsible for thousands of sexually abused children & moving predators to new hunting grounds with no warnings. Some state AG just released a report and they found a number that was 4x what the church admitted to & a bunch of damning information about how much they knew about what was happening and did nothing to stop it. But then this is just more bullshit culture war things making people think they are saving the kids from the evil evil trans... you know like how they claimed no one was gay until they were recruited by another gay so we needed to stop all the gays. Now they are being pissy because Pride is shoving teh gay in their faces, I guess being white & str8 means never having to understand that the other 11 months of the year we are getting heterosexual bullshit rubbed in our faces constantly... if we can handle that you can suck it up for a month pookie... unless there is another reason you keep looking at photos and images of pride events. Last I checked the gay mafia isn't rounding you str8 assholes up and forcing you to watch the events despite how many of you behave. But then we're still at 0 Drag Queens since Nov busted for molesting kids and over 140 pastor/priests having molested kids in the same period... perhaps its time to stop pretending we're the dangerous ones and look at the fscking wolves telling you they'll take care of your kids while your out burning pride flags and terrorizing people because you imagine, with no fucking evidence, that they are molesting kids. Just had one of the loudest voices in anti-vax land die of "something" and the faithful are claiming he was injected with venom or they spiked the meds they used to treat him for covid... or in the alternative, this dipshit caught covid, decided it wasn't a real disease, and did stupid shit to fight the demon semen from winning the battle for his soul which did NOTHING to stop the infection and the damage it did. The party of smaller government, who insists on being in all the bathrooms, lockerrooms, bedrooms, exam rooms to make sure nothing that might offend them happens... but get really touchy when we're worried about the kids in the choir room getting molested by their spiritual leaders.

  If you believe social media is so harmful... Why the fuck did you buy your kid the phone? Why the fuck do you keep paying the bill? If your kid is sitting next to you reading about the exciting life a bulimic why the fuck should a corporation take more of an interest in what your kid is looking at than you do? When is the last time you asked your kid how they were & actually meant it? When is the last time you told your kid that you love them & are here if they need to talk about something? While you were busy posting your latest rant on FB about how Meta isn't doing enough to protect kids, had it occurred to you that a better use of your time & effort might be to check on your kid? Yes social media companies are the devil, but they do not actively try to kill off their users. No one buys advertising data about dead people, so killing off their users is REALLY the last thing they want to do. Did you ever have a talk with your child and explain that people online can lie to them? That there are no rules that make everything you read on the internet is true. That using the internet can be useful but it also can be a horrible place and setting rules & expectations is required. That you don't care that everyone else is watching that new toktik, go outside and touch some grass for at least an hour each day. That if they don't do their homework, you'll turn the damn internet off. They are YOUR kids, stop demanding everyone else do more than you've done to protect your kid online. You wouldn't let a 10 yr old play with a loaded gun, but you'll hand them an iPhone with your CC number stored in it... what the fsck is wrong with you?

  Our client is suing because we own the whole feeling of, boy meets girl, boy loses girl, boy wins girl back. All of these films are infringing on the feeling of our copyright. I make this insane example, and even as I am typing it as an example of something so outrageous it could never happen I expect the lawsuit filed next fscking week, because a lawsuit like this shouldn't make it onto the docket. There are only so many basic plots movies use & people would balk loudly at one writer (or Vulture Capitol Group) claiming that everyone owes them money for stealing the basic plot. Copyright is about the characters, events, setting created but no one is dumb enough (yet) to claim they own man vs nature, nature vs man, man vs man, man vs god, god vs man because that element was in their thing too. Copyright doesn't cover a feeling because if someone spent enough time they would find the song that had the feeling stolen by the newer song, and the endless line of music building on music as the feel was "stolen" and reworked through time. Of course people don't seem to understand this these days, because our entire culture has been locked up with a price tag on it and daring to build upon it means they sue you out of existence to encourage those long dead to create new works to keep their heirs or vulture capitalist in the money for decades as they sue anyone tho used the word the as the 3rd word in a sentence.
