  Considering that Amy Coney Barrett couldn't name all of the freedoms of the First Amendment in her confirmation hearing (which was a softball question asked by a member of her own party who voted for her, no less!), I think knowing the law is no longer a prerequisite for being a US Supreme Court justice.

The fact that the RIAA doesn't see much digital ink here on TechDirt as much anymore means they've solved this (the artists who are signed to them, on the other hand…).
