  What isn't mentioned one way or the other, but would be the real clincher for IKEA, is if in the game STYR has a restaurant/cafe/diner halfway through, that serves small, spherical brown objects covered in a brown viscous liquid that comes with a red berry jelly/jam/preserve on the side.

  You might want to cut them some slack. The people in the judicial branch of government are really, really busy people. They don't have time to sit around and try to understand the laws written by the legislature and grasp all their nuances.

I've done scientific research and have been a member of an IRB reviewing scientific research. I'm uncertain of the appropriate word for this inappropriate behavior but this doesn't even come close to reaching the level of "pseudo-scientific."
