  To many people, yeah ban hate speech. But people have no clue that the definition of 'hate speech' can change over time. For example of definition creep; In LA there are a variety of crimes designated as a 'sex offense', including peeing in a bush and undressing in your own home. We might see corporate or government criticism as hate speech. Saying, "Politician-A is a lackey of the Israeli government" - could be considered hate speech against politicians, the Israeli government, or the entire Jewish population. Another consideration is shutting down speech can harm society in general. Where would the line be when making this statement - "Satanists aren't trustworthy"? This is by most people's definitions 'hate' speech. But under such a ban, would fail to start meaningful conversations about the subject. What are Satanists and what do they believe? Why would someone think they're not to be trusted? These the reasons for the 1A.

  I agree with the telecoms, there should be an online tax. If you go online with a phone of any kind you should be taxed for using public resources.

  Something people are forgetting, older games are prime for VR ports. With the lo fidelity graphics, they are perfect for that medium. There are studios in negotiations at this very moment trying to get permission to do these games in VR.

  I concede that with words, you would have to copyright a block of sentences, which have much more possibilities than music. Music is the better example.

  AI could invalidate ALL copyright in the future

  In theory one could use AI as a tool to write every possible note and word combination. Crosscheck those with existing works and copyright novel ones, thereby ending all new works. Hows that for promoting the progress of science and useful arts.
