  I watched one of these stop & question things happen in a video. Cops corralled a young teenager because facial rec claimed he was a criminal, they bothered him for much longer than they needed to only to discover he wasn't the person facial rec swore he was. This is where you put your shocked face on to learn he was a black teen.
