US used to be about individual freedom? When was that? When slavery was legal? When people were literally arrested (and beaten) for being associated with the American Communist party?
How long before complaints begin that AI compute time is using too much energy - like with crypto?
"Such ambiguity renders a law unconstitutional." I love this line. Laws need to be clear enough that people have a way of knowing how not to break them.

Seems like the gop is going for the most ways to lose in one lawsuit.
I dont see that that gains him anything. He can have his ai produce as much as he wants so long as he can claim he had even a little input. Even if he didnt, he can always claim he did and no one can say different. In fact, he almost certainly did have some input.
He could win by just saying he input something or guided the AI in the creation but he wants to claim the AI did all of it. Who knows why, but thats his kick.
This one seems a lawsuit thats like a strawman. It seems so weak they intended it to fail.

Some lawyers dont even bother reading law. They just look it up on chatgpt.
Hitler too tried and failed to overthrow the government. He was convicted of treason and imprisoned for 5 years.
And Israel should be shamed.
If Musk threatened to shut it down they probably would, and I would not at all put that past him.
A business that makes money is certainly a better business model than one that loses money.
lock him up
A judge IS allowed to jail a person for contempt of court for failure to produce documents - even if its a civil trial. The record iirc is 14 years in jail.
