Pragmatists Love Microsoft

from the resistance-is-futile dept

Nick Denton explains why plenty of people and companies are giving in, and grudgingly admitting that Microsoft is okay. Partly it’s because their software actually has gotten much better. Partly it’s because they’re less threatening to media and e-commerce companies now that their own efforts in that space have failed. And, partly it’s because in these tough economic times for technology people admit that Microsoft may have to lead the industry through to good times. I don’t agree with the article totally, but there are some good points there.
