One further step into the age of biological understanding has been made with the sequencing of the Cholera bacterium?s genome. Some may ask what the significance of this is? Well, once we understand some of the blueprints of this disease causing bacterium we may be able to find novel methods to prevent infections from occurring from this and other future bacterial genome unraveling.
