  They will start trying to get the ball rolling here right up until someone points out to trump that this law would apply to his social media company also. I am sure there will be plenty of people just waiting to sue Truth Social into oblivion over Trumps comments and rhetoric.

  While Defendants have pointed to several instances of violence, they have not identified a violent, armed, organized, open and avowed uprising against the government as a whole. The definition of rebellion is unmet.

  looks at Los Angeles.. Looks at January 6 Rebellion huh. Storming the Capitol where lawmakers are working on ratifying the winner of an election to try and stop them isn't Rebellion, but protests in the street with scattered violence is. Go figure.

  By this point, if I weren't a pasty white male and had to go to court for anything I would have my lawyer petition the judge to allow me to attend via Zoom. It's starting to sound like a courthouse is in no way safe to approach.

  In this case, it is only because of my successful use of Tariffs that many Trillions of Dollars have already begun pouring into the U.S.A. from other Countries, money that, without these Tariffs, we would not be able to get.

  Why do we have this "Big Beautiful Bill" that wants to do such awful things to the budget that the GOP has to meet in secret then pass it in the middle of the night? If those trillions are rolling in, why, by this time next year the US will have a positive treasury balance!

  They revoked her visa, so unless there is someone trusted to drive her back home to Tufts the feds are not likely to let her back on a plane. Hell I would be worried about ICE waiting for her at the front gate to put her on a plane to wherever she is from saying "she has no visa and thus right to be in the country"

  They are not going to be trying very hard because they know as soon as Garcia is back in the country there will be a huge Civil Rights lawsuit dropped in their laps. The moment Garcia starts talking about the conditions in the prison the government will lose the case.

  I'm going to go a little tounge in cheek on this one. The Saudies are buying Pokémon Go because someone with a lot more money then sense is a diehard fan and they want the location data combined with account data to see who has what shiny Uber rare Pokémon so they can GPS spoof their phone and catch em all.
