  Let's see how long it takes before the GOP start decrying the APA as not applicable to this situation and the court is over reaching. Conviently ignoring however many times they have used it to kill some rule or law or change that would have helped any one of the groups they hate.

  It gets more fun. The government petitioned to drop the appeal and everyone agreed. Then the next day the government filed an a petition to withdraw the withdrawl.

  I am in no way surprised that our government lied. They have gone from "Trust, but verify." to "Whatever they said, its the opposite." for me now.

  It will take more time for the person being held by ICE but the courts need to start demanding that the person in question actually physically appear in their courtroom. If the DoJ doesn't have them there then it gets rescheduled. If the person isn't there a second time they (the court) need to start handing out Contempts for ignoring their orders. It has long gotten past the point where the courts can trust that the DoJ will do as they have been instructed.

  By this point, if I were any level of Judge, if a DoJ lawyer said that the sky was blue and water makes things wet, I would call a recess to go outside and check and dump a glass of water on said lawyer.

  So. Even if they do find some kind of wrong doing and the results show that Trump did win in 2020, that would mean he is serving an illegal 3rd term right now.

  Congressional Reps should send in a notice every day that they will be visiting in 7 days. That way the detention centers will have to keep things on the up and up because they won't know on what day the rep is actually going to show up and have to let them in because they gave 7 days notice.

No. This wasn't an accident, upper leadership has pissed off the people who do the actual work and those people want to make sure this stuff doesn't get buried.

  Judge needs to ask where the defendant is and when the government says they are being held in concentration camp x the judge needs to insist that the defendant be present. That will get them out of the camp and their lawyer can get access to them.

  Because allowing a few extra streams on one account, even if being paid for, doesn't allow them to report to Wallstreet that they got 'bigger and better' by adding x number of new accounts. Remeber. The goal isn't to make a better product or service for the customer, it's about making more money for the investors and wallstreet.
