  The premise of your first point is based on the assumption that they pirated a book, which isn't required. Digital Libraries exist. Your second point has been hashed out multiple multiple times. Mostly because that's how web browsers work.

  Suggesting that everyone should install fiber everywhere in a house is more than a bit overkill. Fiber is more expensive for the cable, the networking hardware is substantially more expensive, and basically nothing but the highest end pieces of equipment support fiber transceivers so everywhere you have a jack you'd need to have a media converter. Not to mention the bend radius concerns, connector fragility, the tools and skills needed for terminating it, the loss of POE for things like cameras, etc. There area few cases that probably make sense, either outside runs, incredibly long distances, or some substantial home networking that's on par with enterprise users. While a SSD can saturate even 10GB at times, almost nobody has a home use that is limited by that. If you want to be future proof, install smurftube, and just pull in what you need now. Which realistically is plain jane CAT5, as it supports upto 5GBASE-T at 100M. But, if you're really horny, CAT6A will do 10Gb.

  We do as little as possible to help the poor with food, shelter, and healthcare. When we do help we make it as dehumanizing and ineffective as possible then blame the recipients for failing to meet absurd standards of discipline and effort. Further, our support is ever decreasing and misappropriated by the same people pushing for vouchers.

Lack of evidence to support your conspiracy is not evidence of the vastness of the conspiracy, but instead that it doesn't exist.   This is all, of course, complete bullshit. Nothing was done 'in the dead of night', it was all done in complete and public view. You might not like it, but fair use and first sale doctrine determine what can be used and how...not the writers. Also, there's been no evidence that anything has been 'stolen' or hacked. Not that copyright violation constitutes a theft. And no, public performance isn't about scale, it's about venue. Any public performance of a copyright song is a violation, regardless of the audience size. Just one person violates the copyright protections. Finally, remember that the small companies got there first with AI. OpenAI didn't exist before 2015. Google, Meta and others were left scrambling. Microsoft had to buy into the business, it didn't even create it on their own. I'm not a lawyer, but virtually every legal scholar I've found is certain that training AI will be fair use.

  If it were a crime

  then there would be a law that was broken. So point it out. Quote it, specifically. Or at the very least, find a court ruling that supports your position. Anything at all. Because anyone, with even the slimmest understanding of free speech principals, knows that individuals and organizations are free to restrict it as the see fit with only a few restrictions.
