This is the dumbest fucking solution I've ever read to a problem that's completely different from the one being discussed.
Bruh. His creditors think it's worth even LESS than that. Tim was being generous. As for the "viewpoint discrimination"....I'm going to tell you that NOBODY takes you seriously when you use that phrase.
That is the least informed definition of a Lawyer's work that I've ever read.
It would hard to be more transparent about your totalitarian desires than this post. It's not like the scum bag is getting off.
Theft? Get real.
The premise of your first point is based on the assumption that they pirated a book, which isn't required. Digital Libraries exist. Your second point has been hashed out multiple multiple times. Mostly because that's how web browsers work.
Suggesting that everyone should install fiber everywhere in a house is more than a bit overkill. Fiber is more expensive for the cable, the networking hardware is substantially more expensive, and basically nothing but the highest end pieces of equipment support fiber transceivers so everywhere you have a jack you'd need to have a media converter. Not to mention the bend radius concerns, connector fragility, the tools and skills needed for terminating it, the loss of POE for things like cameras, etc. There area few cases that probably make sense, either outside runs, incredibly long distances, or some substantial home networking that's on par with enterprise users. While a SSD can saturate even 10GB at times, almost nobody has a home use that is limited by that. If you want to be future proof, install smurftube, and just pull in what you need now. Which realistically is plain jane CAT5, as it supports upto 5GBASE-T at 100M. But, if you're really horny, CAT6A will do 10Gb.
Dude. Your insane ramblings are getting worse. Is the holiday pressures? Watching too much news? Stopped taking your medications?
Even if it was true, it's pretty irrelevant. There are lots of bad lawyers out there that passed the bar exam.
"police aren't allowed to do anything" is an outright lie. Police aren't just standing at target, watching people steal stuff. Doesn't. Happen.
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." Note the key word "Congress", you obsequious fucking moron.
There's always some ball gargling asshole out there to slice Musk's behavior down into a small enough behavior to declare it a successful decision while ignoring the death of failures left behind. Look at this shithead: per his resume, he has no excuse to not see the larger picture. Instead, he wants to pretend that the major reliability failures haven't happened and that the company isn't failing catastrophically to instead draw his favored conclusion. https://world.hey.com/dhh/x-celebrates-60-savings-from-cloud-exit-7cc26895 If I were working at a company with a CEO that currently excuses, or even admires, Musk: I'd be incredibly worried. When Reed Hastings took the same approach, I (suddenly and belatedly) realized that Netflix is a grift. Which is disappointing as I think they had some cool ideas despite the obvious irrationally as a key member of FAANG.
You say 'No', then go on to explain that.....yes, they are at fault because they used (foolishly) a bunch of old experiences that weren't even remotely applicable to the current situation and then losing their asses.
We're all adults here, you can swear like one. But, to the facts: Charter schools increase segregation: https://www.aeaweb.org/articles?id=10.1257/pol.20190682 Charter schools under perform, or at beat perform at par, with public schools: https://www.brookings.edu/articles/what-are-charter-schools-and-do-they-deliver/ Vouchers don't help poor students: https://www.epi.org/blog/state-and-local-experience-proves-school-vouchers-are-a-failed-policy-that-must-be-opposed-as-voucher-expansion-bills-gain-momentum-look-to-public-school-advocates-for-guidance/
We do as little as possible to help the poor with food, shelter, and healthcare. When we do help we make it as dehumanizing and ineffective as possible then blame the recipients for failing to meet absurd standards of discipline and effort. Further, our support is ever decreasing and misappropriated by the same people pushing for vouchers.
All the evidence for at least 20 years have shown the opposite to be true. Charter Schools and Vouchers negatively effect bothe the poor and minorities.
Nobody, and I'm mean nobody, is using some sort of infrared technology to connect to your hardware cameras. It's just.not possible or desired. Lack of evidence to support your conspiracy is not evidence of the vastness of the conspiracy, but instead that it doesn't exist. Have you considered having a discussion with a qualified healthcare professional?
This is all, of course, complete bullshit. Nothing was done 'in the dead of night', it was all done in complete and public view. You might not like it, but fair use and first sale doctrine determine what can be used and how...not the writers. Also, there's been no evidence that anything has been 'stolen' or hacked. Not that copyright violation constitutes a theft. And no, public performance isn't about scale, it's about venue. Any public performance of a copyright song is a violation, regardless of the audience size. Just one person violates the copyright protections. Finally, remember that the small companies got there first with AI. OpenAI didn't exist before 2015. Google, Meta and others were left scrambling. Microsoft had to buy into the business, it didn't even create it on their own. I'm not a lawyer, but virtually every legal scholar I've found is certain that training AI will be fair use.
then there would be a law that was broken. So point it out. Quote it, specifically. Or at the very least, find a court ruling that supports your position. Anything at all. Because anyone, with even the slimmest understanding of free speech principals, knows that individuals and organizations are free to restrict it as the see fit with only a few restrictions.
What infringement could happen in the earlier part? And I mean an infringement that isn't pure speculation.
