  I find it very doubtful that Justin is really that stupid.

  I don't know how you could be alive at this point in this country and not know about discovery and the way his lawyer is selling this he's saying he wants every text message, everything all out in front of the public and in the open which means they're not afraid of the dirt becoming public. The way Justin's Lawyer is talking about it even if he loses his case in court he'll end up winning the PR war because it will end up obliterating Lively's already damaged credibility. Why should we believe her? You and I have not seen any evidence of what she's saying, we have her word. but that isn't actually worth much given that she's clearly misrepresented facts like the whole fat shaming accusation. Baldoni has back trouble, this was documented well before he even had acquired the rights to it ends with us, before a single person was hired for filming. So the accusation was baseless and groundless. We have her inviting him into the changing room as a text message, but even if somehow he kept doing it when he was only invited in once, Well there were so many cameras out there, is there any video tapes of it? Any text messages traded about it? if not. from the legal systems point of view it didn't happen. Hearsay.

  Now there's an agenda I can rally behind.

  "Hear me out, Execution by unarmed combat. The Judge vs the people they put in there to die." I'd literally cast a Ballot in favor of that but only if it had metaphorical teeth as in was enforcable and legally binding such that the state to ensure it would be carried out or like pay a massive cost prohibitive fine to those inmates.

  I made a misleading comment in a prior comment

  referring to techdirt as the best tech "Blog" around, It unfortunately insinuated to the reader that I had less respect for blogs than actual news sites, that is not the case or one of my biases at all, as a former member of Daily Kos I have seen the web and web based amateur journalist have to essentially do the reporting that the mainstream corporate news will not do, is too lazy or too scared to report. Honestly I find tech dirt highly credible and rever that the articles do not bootlick the police or the courts. Nor, our Gatekeeper press when they mess up.
