    He obviously isn't paying his legal team enough, because if they were smart they would have stopped him before he shot off his mouth & made himself look a fool. IDK what IDK was thinking but perhaps being in the center of it means he can't see the reality of the situation, its a common texting shorthand, he only has control over it in very limited settings and IDK how he decided he gets to control every use of IDK out there... he gonna sue apple and google next to tell him how many times people texted IDK so he can get paid?

    They have been to far and to long removed from reality. Its not shocking they can't manage to message properly, even as the GQP was driving us off the cliff they kept talking about how decorum would magically return and fix it. Members of Congress flat out lying & no one in Congress dares call them out about it, because thats not becoming... but allowing MGT and the GED Genius to hoot like monkies at the president is okay. An eye doctor is allowed to attack an actual scientist & doctor trying to score aha points. They didn't even point out the asshole who claims Jan 6 was just like a regular tourist visit. The messaging is fscked up because they seem to be lost & wandering around in a fog. We have people who can't drink their water if they like living. We have bridges that are going to give way and kill people. We have roads costing us billions in repairs. And they can't even manage to mention this passed, this will fix these things, and that the goal is improving the nation for everyone. Instead we get more milk toast wishy washy bullshit because our elected leaders couldn't lead us out of the desert with god leading the way and parting the red sea. There are serious things that are lingering on the table, the nation is still suffering, and nothing is getting done except hand wringing. Just once it would be really cool for someone in Congress to actually take one of these assholes who claims gay marriage will cause bestiality and pedophilia to be legal and embarrass them publicly for this nonsense. We are owed truth & facts, not bullshit & lies to stoke fear in a base who can't manage to figure out no drag queen has ever been arrested for molesting kids but there were 20 "pastors" in the last 2 weeks who were... but they keep showing to terrorize the kids they claim to want to protect with their guns and screaming. Praying to god isn't gonna keep the levees from failing, start pushing back against the theocracy & show people you've sent the money.

    "It’s sad if one can reasonably expect the cops to injury or kill the victim, what do this speak of the cops?!?" You mean the cops who tased a man covered in gas killing him? You mean the cops who were SURE a suspect was in the home they destroyed & got to walk away from. You mean the cops who shot a CHILD with a toy gun in seconds upon arriving on the scene. You mean the woman who knocked on the window of a patrol car who was murdered for trying to follow up the call she made. "Who knows what the swatter intended?" If I put on my klan hood & tell the meeting to get those damn n-words, I couldn't possibly have intended to have them die could I? Its fucked that cops murder people on a whim & nothing changes, but there is no way someone dispatching cops to an invented violent dangerous situation can pretend I just wanted to scare them. Swatting is still happening out there, I guess closing the loopholes they are using to exploit the system might hurt profits... I mean scammers fake their caller id too. The swatter deserved more punishment in my view, because he was a serial swatter getting PAID for it. Its sort of like a drunk driver, just because he didn't kill someone those other 35 times he drove drunk doesn't mean we should pretend that he never intended to kill those people he killed because HE decided to get drunk AGAIN & get behind the wheel risking not only his own life.

    Can we come to an agreement that we no longer cover Trump lawsuits until its filed? He screams he is gonna sue people more often than Hawley hears a noise behind him and sprints away. Stop letting him feed his base bullshit for free. He'll get more cash, misuse it, and not a fucking thing will happen to him because it never happens. Filed or not filed he'll claim the courts are against him because he is Trump & everyone is out to get him and another cash infusion. Put up or fuck off already Trumpikins, you have no intention of actually suing because you have no case & lets be honest you've stiffed enough people who worked for you its getting harder to find lawyers stupid enough to represent your lying ass.

    That thing, where you provide actual evidence of these things. I mean I know we have teams that exist to tear apart all the different gear in the world looking for ways for us to hack them. If there was a backdoor, they'd be able to note it. Of course we also know that various departments will lie to protect funding or good graces so... One would love for there to be more truth out there, proof of all of this Chinese spying and is it more or less than the spying our government is doing on us. (Or was it they couldn't reliably hack Huawei so it had to go?) Its nice they are helping out big business by killing small and mid-sized businesses but it would be really cool for once for them to put the public first.

    False positives have huge risks to people. Some gunho cops gonna knock on the door expecting a scumbag and well we know how that plays out. We have evidence that people merely accused of being pedophiles by questionable people, still results in people assuming it must be true because no would say that otherwise. (Kash Hills story about that horrible canadian woman) I mean its not like cops have shot people for just opening the front door, once they were sure something bad was happening despite any evidence either way.

    I think, sadly, it has more to do with the fear of life shattering damages if you screw up. People remember the headlines about Tiffany suing eBay for all the money in the world over IP infringement, not so much the case being thrown out. They see the "projected" damages (much like how the media reports on the bad guy facing 20000000 years in jail, ignoring that guidelines are just that) and if you worried about having to pay out hundreds of thousands of dollars for printing 1 photo that someone else might own... you end up scared and pissing off a potential customer is worth covering your ass. Just look at the lawsuits against the ISPs where they are seeking billions in damages but there is 1 tiny little thing no one wants to explain... just because a company claims they saw someone do it, how does that become factual evidence to make a legal decision as its never been tested or validated? The RIAA can claim that a user is a 'repeat infringer' but 'because we said so' isn't really evidence of anything. QAnon freaks call politicians and call them pedophiles, if they do it enough times we should just throw them in jail?
