  If one is only

  offering a bit of a whole file, what good is the bit on its own? Can I still hear a part of the music, see a blip of the film/tv show? Or is the bit no good without all of the other bits?

  Until a day comes that a band starts out on their own, pays for their own merch, worldwide tour, studio, mastering, artwork, duplication of albums, finds a way for distribution worldwide, music still needs labels.
  
  but how do explain the popularity of the jam bands? Ie grateful dead, widespread panic, phish, string cheese, karl denson etc they didn't need the studios or music companies to be successful and they gave away their music ie concerts for free all the time. The dead were forced to do studio albums.

  My old neighbor in Chicago had a computer shop and he would leave it open all the time and customers would pay for items and nothing stolen, broken, trashed etc. We lived in a neighborhood where gangs were aplenty and murders happened often.

  I watched a man walk into two different signs and a tree all while texting in the same 1/2 block. Not once did he change is course of walking down the sidewalk. I assume Darwin is looking for him.

  So, being in public makes it alright? Would it have been alright to follow her around in public with a bullhorn shouting out fat jokes? I mean, she was out in public, right?

  Also, unless they interviewed her, we have no way of knowing why she is fat.
  
  Um no exercise and poor diet. Don't believe the thyroid crap. Only 1-2% of folks have that and it can be controlled by drugs and either the weight disappears or they are able to gain weight.
