  I once purchased something from QVC and was suprised to see sales tax on the invoice. When I called to question QVC told me they made a deal with the State of California to collect taxes. Why if NY thinks it needs to money so bad work out a deal with Amazon?

  they might be so mad. Take a look at what the county assessors' office says is on the property compared to what they actually have. Me thinks their property taxes are about to go up. Maybe that is why they are trying to sue Google.

  Hasn't study after study proven the biggest thief's are the employees themselves? I hope that man sues the hell out of Home Depot for attempting to extort money.

  What this case does bring to life is the shame factor being lobbed on these folks which is good. This country needs more people to be shamed for their behavior.

  I think this law was created so "fast" because everyone was outraged at what happened and no one not even the feds could find a law where this particular situation fit.
  
  I feel public shaming of this woman her husband and their daughter are in order for the rest of their lives. I aslo believe all tubes from this family should be cut and or tied. I am STFU and GBTW

  Use to work for "spankovision" for 4 years. Doesn't matter if the customer sat in his room all day and watched movies. If he complains to the front desk most of the time they will waive the charge. Customers always right. You are correct hotels make good profit on pay per views, but it was funny how none of the regular movies ever got disputed. Hard to convince any company to pay for your porn watching whilst on a business trip. So eventually it was changed to "entertainment" on the bills. Have no idea what they show up as now. Less disputes that way.
