  You sir, are moron. I AM tasting bile. The bile that rises due to the hypocrisy of our government and its attempts to stifle the release of information pointing to its own corruption or to punish others for its failure to protect sensitive information. I hate that our government is lying to us to perpetuate a war that we have no business waging.
  
  You may be able to delude yourself and even use Bush's non-choice of 'you are either with us, or you are with the terrorists' BS, but that kind of rhetoric doesn't change the facts. You CAN be against the American government's actions and still be a patriotic American.
  
  I am an American, born and bred; but I am ashamed of our government's actions. I should be proud to be an American like my grandparents were, yet I am ashamed due to the unneeded secrecy, lies, double-dealing, scapegoating, and greed.
  
  I am not a democrat, and certainly not a republican. However, based upon Ron Paul's clear, insightful view of this situation, I'd vote for him as president based upon his questioning of the government's need to place blame on others for its own ineptitude and warmongering.
  
  This tyranny needs to be stopped. To paraphrase the Joker from Batman: "This country needs an enema!". Amen brother, amen.

  I am paralyzed from the chest down. If this incident happened to me after explicitly attempting to inform them of the issue, I would be absolutely enraged. This type of callous insensitivity to one's medical requirements is inexcusable and a frickin apology from Pistole' just doesn't cover the humiliation and extreme inconvenience involved.

  Right? That's exactly what I was thinking; give him a little public humiliation and watch the behavior change. I've done some things in the past I'm not proud of, and I did community service as my punishment. As I stated above, how do these two arenas (receiving stolen goods and computer usage) relate in any way to each other?
  
  Seems like a disjointed punishment to me.

  Why?

  Exactly WHY did this defendant get internet restrictions imposed by the courts for receiving stolen goods? How are those two domains related in any way? Did this person use the internet to obtain the stolen goods in question?
  
  Personally, it seems like a total reach by the court to impose these restrictions given the context of the article.

  Bloom Boxes are currently using natural gas...

  It has been a couple of days since I watched the 60 minutes piece, but I was under the impression that eBay's boxes WEREN'T using gas, but some kind of biomass fuel. Please feel free to correct me; I don't have time right now to go back and re-watch the clip.

  Couldn't believe it

  When I read the story last night about this, I was appalled at the irresponsible actions of this law enforcement agency. What if the bombs had gone off? Whoops?
  
  I keep asking myself this question when I hear about stuff like this but, "What is WRONG with these people?". How can you play with other people's lives like that, all in the name of security? That's just wrong.

  A great example of this

  is the Milkdonkulous and the Battle for Milkquarious content on the web right now (http://milkquarious.com/#/rock-opera), which is not only hilarious, but has the whole 'milk' message which is done in an entertaining way with an over-the-top, 70's-styled theme throughout the video. It's worth a watch if you haven't seen it before. This hits squarely on what Mike is trying to say here, 'Content is advertising, etc'. -Alias
