Customers Not Happy With 3

From the very beginning of Hutchison’s “3” operation, we’ve been pointing out what appeared to be dreadful planning and marketing mistakes. When they were so full of themselves and believed that every move they made would turn up roses, it was easy. However, now that just about every move they’ve made has backfired (as expected), it becomes a bit pointless to kick them when they’re down (and do they ever seem down). Still, just for the record, we should point out that a recent Oftel customer satisfaction report shows that 3 received fourteen times the number of customer complaints than any of its competitors. 14! It’s too bad it isn’t divisible by 3 or we could have had a real field day… Just more evidence that a big marketing push is no excuse for not executing a sound strategy.
