Having just posted a story saying that new features were helping to boost sales of new mobile phones, Fast Company has an article pointing out the other side of the equation. They say that the way to piss off Nokia’s CEO is to mention to him that you’re thrilled with your old reliable phone and plan to keep it as long as possible. The fact is, most people still do look at mobile phones for voice phone calls. To them, the most important thing is that the phone work for voice calls, and adding features that make the service quality worse or the battery-life shorter go against those goals.
