Digital Music: Still Scores Left To Settle

While the entire economics of the music industry are shifting beneath them, song writers are arguing with the music labels over how much of a cut they should get for songs that show up on “legitimate” file sharing services like MusicNet and PressPlay. I wonder why they are even bothering. It’s like arguing over who gets to keep the artwork while the museum burns down. There are much more important issues that they should be focused on.
