Sprint Entices Mobile Workers With Free Card

The US wireless market has a history of being driven by business users first and consumers second. We see it everyday in all the Wi-Fi stories. Yet, enterprises aren’t jumping aboard because the ROI still isn’t there. Sprint is trying to change that by enticing customers with a free data card if they sign up for a 2 year service plan for unlimited 1xRTT at $99 per month. Even with the free card that monthly fee still seems high. Plus speed, coverage, and service price are more critical issues than hardware costs.
