Hutchison Unveils UK 3G Pricing
The long awaited Hutchison 3G launch is just around the corner. The company will start taking UK orders on February 22nd and plans to start delivering orders in mid-March. It remains to be seen if the service will be as revolutionary as the H3G hype machine would like us to believe. However they are going to make it easy to find out with very aggressive pricing plans. They will offer a pay-per-use plan as well as two monthly plans for GBP 59.99 and GBP 99.99 with discounts if you buy two handsets (so you have someone to take your video calls!). Early adopters will of course have to bear with early network problems and limited coverage. But that’s a small price to pay for services that Hutchison proclaims “were in the realm of science fiction just a few years ago.”
