More Lawsuits For NextWave?

Thought the Supreme Court decision meant that the legal mess involving NextWave and its licenses was finally over? That might be wishful thinking. Some are predicting that an angry NextWave may now sue the FCC for holding up its ability to compete for so many years – especially since the market for mobile phone service is so much more saturated these days. So far, NextWave hasn’t made any moves suggesting this is what they’re going to do, but in a country where you sue the second anyone does anything that might be considered wrong to you, it certainly wouldn’t be a surprise.
