Cutting 3G Costs

According to the Financial Times, the EU plans to approve a plan by Deutsche Telekom and mm02 to share 3G network costs in Germany and the UK, where 3G licenses were some of the most expensive. But even if the EU approves the plan, the operators still have to get approval from national regulators. The Germans are all already on board. No word yet on UK regulators, yet.
