Judge Lets Replay Users Into Lawsuit

Last week we posted the news that the judge in the ReplayTV lawsuit might not let the ReplayTV users join the lawsuit. Craig Newmark (of Craigslist), one of the ReplayTV users trying to join the suit replied to that posting saying that they were keeping the fight up and provided a link to his own page giving out the latest info. And, the latest info is very good. The judge has apparently changed her mind and is letting them join the lawsuit, showing that maybe (just maybe) consumers do have a voice in these sorts of things.
