There have been a number of obituaries for Gene Kan, but the San Jose Mercury News put together a good article discussing the article discussing Gene’s struggles. It is truly a terrible thing to hear about Gene’s life and his struggles with depression. I’m posting this in the hopes that people will remember Gene and the things he did, and also (hopefully) that reading about such things may help others in similar situations to seek out help.
