Lose TFM

A new study indicates that ease-of-use is a major hurdle for Bluetooth adoption and that the industry needs to solve this problem immediately. I couldn’t agree more. I recently went into a store to check out the new Compaq Ipaq with built-in Bluetooth support and tried setting it up with my BT phone. I got the two paired but couldn’t get the Ipaq to connect to the internet. I don’t mind a challenge and I’ve successfully set up other BT connections. But since I couldn’t get it to work at the store, I left without the new Ipaq. This stuff needs to work without having to RTFM.
