Latin America and North America will experience the most rapid growth of subscribers to next generation wireless networks according to a new study by Probe Research. We hope it’s true. We agree with Probe that applications, devices and pricing are the key levers to drive adoption. But how does that correlate to North American carriers? They don’t exactly have stellar track records on any of those fronts.
