Idealab Finds Out More People Hate It
from the sue!-sue!-sue! dept
And so it goes. 25 new plaintiffs have joined the Idealab mismanagement lawsuit. While it seems pretty clear that they have something of a case, these were probably also 25 plaintiffs who thought they were in for quite a bit of easy money for signing on with Bill Gross and crew in the beginning. They didn’t do their due diligence (Bill Gross was King Midas of the internet world, why check to see if the emperor was wearing any clothes?) and now it seems they got screwed for it. Who’s guilty in that situation? The person running the scam, or the scammees who willing joined in, only to find themselves left holding the bag?
