Netscape Exists So AOL Can Sue Microsoft

A writer for the AOL-TW owned Business 2.0 has an article suggesting that the only reason AOL still runs Netscape is so that they can sue Microsoft to tie them up in court. It’s an interesting theory, which might be partly true. Of course, if AOL killed off Netscape couldn’t they have sued again saying MS drove them out of the business?
