Orbitz Glitches

It’s really incredible. I don’t know a single person who has had a glitch-free process when booking a airline ticket through Orbitz. And, now, the site has been down since some point last night. I don’t understand how a company with so much money, and so many ways to have learned from others mistakes, could build something that works so poorly. Orbitz is a great idea. If it fails, it’s going to be in large part due to whatever ridiculous technology choices they made.
