More On Copyrighting DNA

A couple months back we had an article about copyrighting your DNA where we brought up a number of questions as to why it didn’t make sense. Now Red Herring is running their own version of the story, and I’m more convinced than ever that it’s a hoax. The company was founded by the same guy who wrote Everything I Know about Dating I Learned in Business School (which I’ve read and is only mildly amusing). It sounds like the type of media hoax where he’ll admit a few months from now he was only joking.
