The End Of Startup Bloat

The latest column from Robert von Goeben about the end of startup bloat. He points out that many startups from a few years ago had a ridiculous number of employees – simply because you took anyone with half a brain who was available and made a position for them. Now, however, startups are learning how to run lean, without five directors of business development. Of course, that’s exactly how a startup should be, but when they were getting $100 million per badly thought out idea it didn’t really matter.
