Fighting Cyber Schools

I hadn’t realized that there are cyber charter schools for students of just about any age. However, some folks in Pennsylvania aren’t happy about the schools there. Other schools in Pennsylvania have to pay some of the bills for the cyber schools, and they don’t like it. They suggest that the cyber schools aren’t up to the same level as the regular schools. What I want to know is who sends their kids to a cyber charter school? I can see where online universities could make sense, but I have a hard time understanding when they would make sense for younger students.
