Here’s a little warning for all of you busy execs: make sure you spend enough time recovering from airplane flights – otherwise certain parts of your brain may shrink! A study done recently found that if you didn’t spend enough time recovering from jet-lag over the long term, your ability to perform certain mental tasks will decrease. The moral of the story, I guess, is to make sure you get your rest!
