Lets Make A Really BIG CyberCafe
from the if-it-doesn't-work-the-first-time... dept
So, someone help me to understand this one. For the most part, cyber cafes in the US have been dismal failures. People just don’t seem to have much desire to go out and surf in some cafe with random people. Why then, do some folks suddenly think that making a big cyber cafe will change this? Of course, the big excitement over this huge computer room is that they’ll rent Microsoft Apps. That’s exciting? Hasn’t Kinkos been doing that for ages? Maybe this is why Microsoft is suddenly preventing their employees from accessing the network outside the office. They’re trying to drive people to cybercafes to pay for their rental apps.
