What's Old Becomes new
from the wiping-off-the-virtual-cobwebs dept
I’ve noticed that software emulators of older systems are really becoming popular; the interesting thing is that it isn’t just obsolete computers that are being emulated but also Playstation’s and N64’s. I can see the potential problems with copyright holders but situations like these will be arising more often as bandwidth and storage capabilities get cheaper and cheaper (maybe we?ll soon see a PS2 emulator before it even becomes an old gaming system?).
