Soundwaves to Protect from E-Commerce Fraud?

Here’s a new idea: install a chip into your credit card that emits a high pitched sound wave that humans can’t hear, but the computer can, to verify that you really have the card. It’s definitely a different idea. I wonder if it also makes dogs go crazy.
