The End of Boo.com

Not a surprise after all the horror stories associated with Boo.com, but it is now official: they are out of business. A last ditch attempt at raising more money didn’t succeed, and apparently employees were asked to clean out their desks. The site is still up (as of this posting) so I’m not sure what’s happening there. This is one of those big flame outs that will be talked about for a few months before everyone forgets it and is overly impressed with some other overhyped business.
