BT Cellnet introduce Pre-pay WAP

Cellnet (a UK mobile phone provider intends to introduce) pre-pay WAP phones for about ?99 (~$160). Their intention is to corner the youth market by offering cheap WAP phones. I think their intentions are in the right place (finally!) but unfortunately they may be a little too early because their isn’t a strong infra-structure in place yet for the younger market.
