So, as everyone is beginning to predict that some of these dot coms are finally going to go out of business, a new problem arises: finding lawyers who will file for Chapter 11 for dot coms. This article predicts that many lawyers won’t be willing to file Chapter 11 for many dot coms since they have very few assets and little to no cash flow.
