Salon, who is going through a lot of changes these days, as they finally bought the salon.com domain, has now bought the Well one of the oldest and most well known online communities. A bit of surprise. The Well has been struggling for some time to figure out exactly what they were going to do with their service which was held together by a bunch of old timers who are rabid in their support of the Well.
