EFF To Proactively Try To Bust Bogus Patents

Realizing that any real patent reform is going to take decades, and that everyone is suffering now from bogus patents, it appears that the EFF is setting up a project to try to proactively bust bogus patents. It's a great goal, but it remains to be seen how effective they are. Others have tried to do similar things (though, perhaps with different tactics) without much success so far.
