  Exactly. And Twitter banning a person for violating TOS doesn't violate either the First Amendment or those anti-discrimination laws. So the guy we're responding to will need to come up with another scenario.

  I just read that Musk's Neuralink company has been granted authorization to start human trials. The way Twitter is going doesn't really inspire confidence, but who knows, maybe the test subjects will get their implants and suddenly start remembering things they'd forgotten.

  This game has been around forever. We were playing it in my high school 35 years ago. We never even considered that "somebody" might shoot us for it. We just worried that a teacher might confiscate our toy gun. I guess we're all lucky to be alive. Of course, the police back home didn't care what we were doing. They were too busy writing parking tickets for all the students in class who couldn't come out to feed the meter.
