  Just because you're unable to comprehend something doesn't mean it can't happen. A "get put of jail" is avoiding consequences for wrongdoing. That's something section 230 has never and cannot do. Section 230 applies when either a) what they did was 1A protected, therefore they are innocent of wrongdoing because what they did was not wrong, or b) they are not the guilty party (the publisher), aka the definition of innocent. You even quoted the part of the law that proves this and debunks you. If and only if the sued party is innocent, Section 230 protects them. If they're not, it doesn't. You're doing an excellent job proving it's impossible to argue against Section 230 without dishonesty.
