  Just because it's not illegal doesn't mean it's not wrong, and a lot of people see that kinda bias in a supposedly neutral platform as very, very wrong. (I sure af do). Also, perjury is illegal, and several Twitter execs absolutely perjured themselves before congress. (no, just cuz you call it "visibility filtering" doesn't make it not shadow-banning as everyone else in the world understands it) Also, the government directed censorship is definitely illegal. But surreeeeee.....the political partisan banning and shadowbanning TOTALLY legal....and also really fucking wrong.

(I believe it was a "censorship is free speech" line about Gadde, pre-Musk) Decided to tell him everytime he's a fucking idiot about twitter (which turns out to be every day, actually).   nah, they just banned anyone who disagreed with the liberal orthodoxy. (or shadow banned them) The shadow-banning was really the most telling. Lots and lots of very boring and mild-mannered but conservative pundits found that suddenly had followers again after Musk took over, people could actually see their tweets. There was no reason to shadow-ban those people BUT viewpoint discrimination. If they had violated some TOS it would be very easy to kick them off, but they didn't, so they just hid them. (never mind that TOS violations aren't applied equally either)
