  You can argue contractors are government employees but they are definitely not "officials". Buddy, "official" is something laid out in the fffing constitution. It means a very specific thing.

  You keep on saying all these words as if you think they mean something. They do not. Not a government official. You can WANT him to be to make your fever dream of some supposed "wrong" he did come true, but they have no legal legitimacy whatsoever. You can be a government official as per the appointments clause. THAT'S IT. He is not. This is literally why one of Jack Smith's cases against Trump fell apart. Not actually a prosecutor (an official position).

  NONE of what you just said is true. It doesn't matter if you thought Trump said it, or even if he actually said it, it's not true. It CANNOT be true, as per the appointments clause. Musk can be, however, a government contractor with a security clearance, legally doing everything he's doing.

  Buddy, DO YOU KNOW WHAT A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR IS? Trump can say whatever he wants, he literally is not an "official" because the appointments clause says he is not. He can however have a security clearance and do everything he is doing. These are legal definitions that matter. "blah blah Trumps said", doesn't matter, do not care. And again, MM is not a lawyer, knows very little about the law and apparently nothing about the constitution.

  Actually, the ability of the legislative branch ("laws") to control the executive branch is pretty limited. Part of that "checks and balances". Each branch has their powers. Everything that has been done is completely within the executive branch and btw, completely legal. Your ignorance is not an argument.
