  Disney monetizing Steamboat Willie (Brock's Dub) seems like a clear case of copyfraud. Steamboat Willie is in the Public Domain, and Brock made a disclaimer in the beginning saying that he has nothing to do with Disney, so there's no likelihood of trademark infringement, so where does Disney have a case? As I said, this is Disney's bullying with no basis in law, plain and simple. Then again, I am no lawyer, so could any IP lawyer show me how Disney is not engaging in copyfraud?

  A few things: 1. It is not, it also has First-Nations Canadians. Also, some guest stars are not indigenous, such as Marc Maron and Ethan Hawke. 2. That being said, why the fuck are you complaining?
