  So exposing and shutting down a bunch of channels by which media is distributed works in this case? Why not use the same logic used for file sharers and realize that this will just force it further underground, likewise, greater penalties will be proposed for those attempting to gain unauthorized access to the new bunkers. They had no intention of operating in the open, and will probably maintain as such.

  So by exposing these flaws in the ways documents are disseminated, they have forced the state dept. to, for the interim, use disconnected means and self destructing messages.
  
  Not anything near as grand as stopping secret government conspiracies.

  My understanding was that, in trade as an EU member, you cannot treat customers from any EU state differently from each other.

  2 weeks early is a bit more than a few days. Moreover, should the length of time it was made available prior to release be of any relevance at all?
  
  Just seems that the empathetic side tends to deflate the timeline as if "it was only a couple of days early" should bring about lighter judgement.

  Buying out the prime does increase competition. Nothing is preventing a partner facilitating services in the Microsoft Cloud, with what happens to be straight up google action? And what fun things would it do if it is the most successful. If this contract has tasks for enhancements seems a foot in the door is better than one in the pants.
  
  And it is no more illegal to require the use of Microsoft's cloud than it is to require the use of Microsoft's O/s. I dont think it unreasonable to want to keep an environment as uniform as possible, so that those transferring positions within the environment do not have additional learning curves. Just so happens this environment is the entire GS land.

  Recognizing this was a loss leader, just emphasizes my point.
  
  Because of all the existing albums from the label that are selling cheaper on amazon (and have been for many moons), not as loss leaders, but at their actual market driven price.
  
  But as soon as his album approaches those price points, albeit artificially and temporarily, "the label" sends an email...so this thought process must only apply to works that he still believes he can market through his own channels. Which should make those artists feel awesome.

  Doesnt help that Sufjan formed the label, and this email was related to his album released on the label.
  
  Still sounds a lot like "dont go there when I get a much higher percentage double dipping out of the marketplaces I already own" - (though i cant find the actual email posted anywhere)
