  that was the 'unless Aftenposten is being misleading' part. I did not really even believe them until the recent unique releases. Now they are getting the benefit of the doubt.

  They have already been indiscriminately leaked once, unless Aftenposten is being misleading. But they are beginning to publish articles based on documents which have not been 'released' by WikiLeaks proper.

  Shouldn't the patent itself be the preferred embodiment? and wouldn't having the statement "in the preferred embodiment of the invention......" in your patent readily acknowledge that you are attempting to patent an idea and not an expression?
  
  because that is precisely the part where imaginary things become patentable.

  someone really needs to whip out an old school system and a copy of game genie, an entity I assume that can no longer function legally. Then explain to them very slowly what exactly they are talking about, and how ridiculous their kids think they are for sitting around legislating cheating at video games.

  I think the problem would be that they do not distinguish the DVDs on the site. You can choose to buy right below where you choose to rent with nothing stating that the content on the DVDs are different.
  
  If you rent MW black ops, can they block the zombie chapter and the Dead Ops Arcade?

  What tools exactly? The article is certain it uses these tools and that they were spawned from government interference, but lists none. I am sure because it would quickly be shown that they were developed by research and/or educational institutions.
  
  Remember there are plenty of legitimate uses for torr....or are we finally done with that argument and now just going to attribute all good P2P features to circumvention.
